What cases do you recommend?
There is no perfect answer for this! Things we look for are durability, screen protection and cases that don't block important features such as the headphone jack, volume buttons, camera and microphone. Some of our favorites include Gumdrop, Gripcase, and Buddibox.

What styluses do you recommend?
Again, this depends on a teacher's preference and budget. Incredibly cheap styluses are not great quality, and often cause frustration and need to be replaced often. Some that we like are these by Friendly Swede, Kosmon and Bic.

How do I charge multiple iPads with no charging cart?
A multi-port USB charger is a great way to charge multiple iPads easily, without purchasing a bulky and expensive charging cart. However, it's important to be sure you're using a quality USB charger; cheap ones will not charge iPads correctly and may even cause a fire. We recommend this 10-port charger. Many teachers store these simply using file folder organizers, dish racks or small shelving units.

Why have some of my apps stopped working?
With Apple's update to iOS11, we are finding that some "older" apps are not compatible and are no longer working if your iPad is running iOS11. If a newer version of the app or an update is available, send us a Help Desk Ticket and we can help you. However, if the app has not been updated recently (December 2016 or newer), we are finding that the app isn't compatible with iOS11 and will no longer work.
